I know it's been nearly a year since your post about disc replacement issues, i've only had a my xbox since august, bought it 2nd hand... mine's grafting perfect, no disc damaging or anything... but in regard to buying yr games, try buying exclusively at BT Games / Budget Technologies because what they do is repair discs for a small charge of R20 per disc. I also don't mind paying a disc replacement fee as long as its in line with the actual cost of manufacturing the disc. Don't charge me R100 for a disc that costs R5 to produce. I believe it is only fair for distributors to be required to replace faulty discs even if it is through general wear and tear. I totally agree Duncan.
